osFAQ v1.2.2-ST is designed to work with osTicket v1.10.x and most earlier versions. This maintenance version provides compatibility with osTicket 1.9.x and 1.10.x versions and fixes incompatibility issues in osFAQ with pjax, which is used in newer osTicket versions 1.8.x to 1.10.x Symtoms included not saving new categories and faqs consistently as well as not using the osfaq admin-stylesheet until forcibly refreshed. Severe systoms prior to v1.2.1-ST also included admin-pages not loading. Backwards compatibility has been built in for osTicket 1.6 but you will need to download and install the osTicket-1.6 patch pack AFTER installing osFaq 1.2.2-ST ( PATCH: osFAQ_v1.2-ST_osTicket1.6-patch.zip located in the osFAQ downloads archive at sourceforge under the 1.2-ST release https://sourceforge.net/projects/osfaq/files/osFAQ_1.2.ST/OST-1.6_Patch/ ) The newer downloads are significantly smaller than previous releases due to an improved WYSIWYG editor distribution.
