Minor patch release with fixes mostly in distributed and core, with also some dependency updates.

Since this release there is a more strict check on use of CUSTOM values, some cases where before CUSTOM values could be used when disabled now fail, in case
of error the option db.custom.support can be used to enable them, by default are disabled.
