• Chat & composer: the effort pill is separate and Spotlight effort edits are staged; user attachments sit outside the text fold; history display mode is honored in side chat and task detail; the caret, mentions and undo stay correct around pills; drag selection no longer paints event rows; composer tooltips appear after 750 ms above the pill; the file-changes menu is left-aligned; the model pill opens the picker directly before a model is chosen; the typewriter effect setting is removed; the chat menus gain Spotlight and input-glow visibility toggles; imported Codex chats keep path-less inline images; chat blocks share a header-only scaffold and drop ignored position threading (#1984, #1973, #2008, #2021, #2029, #1949, #1972, #2039, #1947, #1964, #1974, #2035, #2000).
• Spotlight & wizard: the window dims and blurs behind Spotlight; the hint pill gains a settings menu; agents and model selections can be pinned; the wizard layout is tighter and locks the workstation mid-flow (#1946, #1952, #1961, #1953).
• Settings & appearance: appearance options preview on hover; quick-menu layout preferences move into Appearance; theme-aware artwork added; a global button tooltip delay setting; developer rows grouped in one container; the close-settings shortcut shows inline; page end padding and the show-more footer tightened; menu control rows and option lists shared; section container and border tokens softened; menu toggle labels drop verbs (#2013, #2005, #1969, #1979, #1963, #1955, #1970, #2006, #1962, #1995).
• Sidebar, tabs & windows: Cmd/Ctrl+B no longer collapses the list pane; closing a tab closes its open detail first; duplicate sidebar state dropped and chrome offsets fixed; a maximized station keeps its close button with a new-window icon; the lazy tab renderer and detail fallback are shared (#1978, #2010, #2003, #1980, #2038).
• Git & source control: native git dialogs are localized; same-minute timeline label events collapse; All Changes files survive a repository switch; option-shaped git remote and branch values are rejected; merge and close-issue dropdown menus cleaned up (#2036, #1987, #1992, #1996, #1988).
• Diff & review: split line numbers are centered and review rows polished; collapsed rows align and are shared across split panes; the review header gains search and refresh; file headers keep relative and interval line-number modes when toggling (#1991, #1982, #1981, #2007).
• Pull requests & work items: a GitHub-style merge box with live CI checks, a re-poll button and one shared checks reader; issues and pull requests gain advanced filtering; selects show a loading placeholder while options load (#2012, #2014, #2026, #2019, #2018).
• Browser: the URL bar gains a more menu with page theme and local HTML, plus a tighter bar, load-failure card and menu; Back and Forward are native again without relayout churn; browsers that macOS blocks are no longer hidden from cookie import (#2022, #2028, #2027, #2023).
• Mobile remote: rosters survive desktop view changes; connection failures are explained and ticket clock skew tolerated; file previews reuse desktop tabs; device settings and grouping menus are compact; desktop auth and stalled connections recover; the stop control and its confirmation are back (#1965, #1966, #1967, #1968, #1971, #2030).
• Cloud, Market & teams: the sign-in modal is stable with a longer success confirmation; Claude Desktop Code history is restored in gateway package apps; Market package client configuration, lifecycle and App-scan process settling are hardened; online members list first in the member filter; channels use field tables and the clients share one PostgREST call (#1975, #1985, #1937, #2004, #1954, #2032, #2037).
• Security & platform: a password lock screen for unattended sessions; the sleep inhibitor is released when a window reloads; rustls upgraded for TLS handshake validation; rmcp moved to 2.0; file-search requests bounded and replacements validated; SQL nulls distinguished from decoding failures and connection leases isolated from async owners (#2025, #2024, #1808, #1900, #1775, #1748, #1774).
• Design system: Button is reduced to variant plus tone, with shared refresh and delete icon buttons, an inset divider before a split button's menu segment, and callers migrated off the removed appearance prop (#1986, #2033, #2011, #1989).
• Dead code & cleanup: unused crates, IPC, helpers, session wrappers, the orgtrack query RPC, the unused SQL query editor, unimported components and the tab factory removed; layout code, layout-mode leftovers and never-passed block props simplified; dead workstation surfaces, station-mode guards, simulator state and projects-sidebar rows dropped (#1960, #1983, #2009, #2031, #1948, #1977, #1976, #1990, #1994, #2002, #1999, #2001, #1998, #1997).
• CI, tests & docs: temp-repo cleanup retries in git-backed helper tests; DevTools collapse-all covered; the dead-code and duplication pass recorded in the architecture audit (#2020, #2040, #2034).
