The orchestrator server enables automated software development by:
- Converting roadmap items into SpecKit tasks
- Executing templates with LLM-powered reasoning
- Automating development tasks through VS Code commands
Prerequisites
- Node.js 18+
- LM Studio or Ollama for local LLM execution
- VS Code with orchestrator extension
npmfor dependency management
Quick Start
- Install dependencies and build:
npm install
npm run build
- Start LM Studio (or preferred provider) and orchestrator:
npm run start:orchestrator
- Install VS Code extension:
- Via packaged .vsix file
