• Release commit CI: all eight jobs passed on bcd12d5e69cd4fba2aa0ddb6a20b97493069af7b, covering Node 24 and 26 on Linux, macOS, and Windows, Linux coverage, and browser transport proofs.
• Local validation passed: 2,507 tests, with 44 skipped; formatting, lint, type checking, build, docs checks/site build, packed CLI help, MCP schema discovery, provider-capture fixtures, and connection reuse.
• Signed-in ChatGPT math-heavy proof passed through one Oracle browser attach: the provider record was saved privately and all five turn digests matched the independent in-page fetch. The exact-answer fidelity check correctly reported divergent because the copy path changed display-math delimiters and table spacing.
• Both notifier copies extracted from the published npm tarball passed codesign, stapler, and Gatekeeper verification; their minimum macOS version is 13.0.
• Fresh npm installation reported 0.21.0 and passed a positional-prompt dry run from an empty directory.
• Homebrew: steipete/tap/oracle updated to 0.21.0 with the release SHA-256; local upgrade and brew test passed. Tap workflow.
