The OpenWV, for Open Wireless Virtualization is an open source. It tries to respond to these ideas:
* Create virtual devices (e.g. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth ...)
* Ability to communicate
* These devices will be implemented as modules
* Coverage for each dev
