    It's really a great job,and it helps me a lot in my work.But there is a problem,when I use mplayer to play video stream with the bandwidth lower than the video bitrate，mplayer will crash.If the robustness of the decoder can not support this case?

    I tried to run the SVC.sln in visual studio 2012. and when I try to build the solution I get the error "Unable to start the program SVC_decoder_v9.exe".. Please suggest

    Great project! I recommend this decoder strongly! Very best and fast Open SVC Decoder! It's great, although it should also install the Open SVC Decoder with it!

    Great job. I found the project very useful though not perfect. You can communicate with the developer at any time you encounter a problem. They are very ready to help.
