To see all files go to:
Download x86_64 iso for PC/laptops running 64bit processors(CPU) and/or EFI boot machines.
Most machines made in last few years has 64bit architecture.
Download i686 for PC/laptops running 32bit processors(CPU). Many machines older than few years support 32bit only.
Create bootable USB stick with the downloaded iso to either test it in live mode or install.

For installation on real or virtual machine, create 50GB unformated partition.
