  • For setting OPENSSL_UI_PATH: -right click on your MyComputer( or This PC) icon, go to Properties -Click on Advanced system settings -Click on Enviroment Variables -Create a new variable with the name OPENSSL_UI_PATH - The new variable value must be the address to your openssl folder(this address must be without blank spaces, then maybe you have to move this folder to another location in your hard drive)
  • This is great. You can use it with any version of openssl. You just need to put the OpenSSLUI.exe in the same directory as your OpenSSL deployment and set the environment variable.
  • I really can't figure out how to solve: OPENSSL_UI_PATH is not set. I already tried: set OPENSSL_CONF=C:\opensslui_1_3\openssl101g\openssl.cfg (i tried even with openssl.cnf ) but no change then used: echo %OPENSSL_CONF% to see if the CNF file is set. It says it's set but the GUI gives the same error always. Some help would be apreciated. How where and in what way should i set the OPENSSL_UI_PATH?
  • Cannot find any place to set OPENSSL_UI_PATH
  • Easy to use but needs update to last OpenSSL version. The author just updated the comments not the software.
