Changes

Maintenance release focused on Bing relevance, pagination, and result cleanup.

Highlights

• Bing localization: removed market parameters that could trigger unrelated results, including for Chinese queries (#69, Bing reports in [#16]).
• Bing pagination: limit above 10 fetches additional pages; start reaches later results. Paging and date filters reuse the same browser session.
• Bing links and images: decode destination links before deduplication, recover video domains from visible citations, and skip duplicate image tiles.
• Page detection: ignore script/style text and match markers across line breaks, fixing false-empty /bing/parse responses and missed challenges.
• Google dates: validate calendar dates and range order; send upstream ranges as MM/DD/YYYY.
• Extraction metadata: include article:published_time and time:datetime in og_tags when available.

Also fixes Bing navigation timeouts, cancellation handling, and false captcha detection for queries containing "captcha" or "turing".

Upgrade notes

• Public date input remains YYYYMMDD..YYYYMMDD. Larger Bing limits, offsets, and date filters can require extra page loads.
• Bing localization still depends on the exit IP. limit counts organic results; ads may be additional, and Bing can return fewer results than requested.

Thanks to @910User and @lemts for the Bing reports.
