Download the .tar.gz file
Unpack it using 7-Zip to C:\pyptv_py3 (the name is hard-coded, if you change the location, you need to find all the places where the path is specified)
Run pyptv <folder name>, e.g. if you download our test_cavity from https://github.com/openptv/test_cavity then pyptv test_cavity
