OpenNetter is a small program designed to open up the network connections on a restricted system. Its primary functions are to change the DNS servers to Google DNS and disable the system proxy settings.

Current Logic:

Check ProxyEnabled in System Registry
If Enabled Execute changes keeping original settings
If Previously Enabled Restore Settings.

Successfully Tested on Windows XP with restrictions applied through GroupPolicy.
DNS was controlled through OpenDNS. Proxy was a basic script to disable all net connections except to specific sites.

The program checks for the proxy settings in the system registry and if found disables them and changes the DNS to Google DNS.

Goals:
To not rely on proxy settings system registry check.
To include automatic testing of networks connections before and after changes.
Make the application universal to all OS.
