Patch Changes

• Keep Agent connections ordering stable while toggling, and keep newly enabled agents visible when clearing search or collapsing the list.

• The shared composer add menu now groups files, comments, and page mentions, with commands available in in-app agent chats.

• In unpackaged desktop runs, a project server that fails to load its OpenKnowledge packages now shows that error in the "Unable to open project" dialog instead of only an exit code. Installed apps open projects through a separate path and are unaffected.

• Restored terminal tabs now start once the terminal panel is on screen, so a restart no longer leaves shells running in a panel you cannot see or close.

• A conflict resolution that deletes the file now stays retryable when saving its state fails. The file watcher no longer misreads the server's own removal as an external delete, so it no longer clears the conflict that resolution is still working on.

• When an agent goes quiet for three minutes mid-turn, the conversation says so and counts the minutes, so you can decide whether to stop it. The notice clears as soon as the agent responds again; waiting on a permission prompt does not count.
