Project trust

• Projects now open with a trust decision: Trust Project, Preview in Restricted Mode or Don't Open, with an option to trust every project in the parent folder.
• Restricted Mode keeps browsing, editing, saving and search, and blocks project-controlled execution such as run, debug, build, tools, language servers and Git commands that could honour repository configuration. Trusting the project enables them without reopening it.
• Review and revoke decisions under Settings, Project Trust.

Platforms

• Windows ARM64 and Linux ARM64 desktop builds, with updates.
• Linux uses the frameless title bar.
• Windows and Linux: a merged main menu style keeps menu titles in the title bar; choose it under Appearance, UI Options.
• Windows and Linux: the Settings window stays inside the work area on scaled displays.
• macOS: the window buttons stay centred in the title bar at every zoom and in compact mode.
• Windows: tools and agents installed for the user are found on the user PATH.

Languages

• Go: editable Go Build and Go Test configurations, project build constraints and in-place gopls updates.
• Java: Debug shows startup progress and can be stopped throughout; jdtls access restrictions are warnings, so JDK 8 internal APIs no longer report launch errors; a Windows client connected to Linux builds the correct classpath.
• C/C++: files in a CMake project run through their CMake target, single-file debugging uses the configured adapter, and CMake syntax highlighting is clearer.
• Rust: rust-analyzer installs without rustup.
• JVM projects show richer Project view icons for modules, packages and source declarations.

Editor

• Open tabs recheck their files when the window regains focus, so external changes are not missed.
• Transparent native-to-ASCII for properties files, off by default.
• Import and export .icls editor color schemes.
• Markdown and HTML preview layout controls moved into the tab strip.
• Scratch files have a visible language search field.

Search

• Open in-file Find results in the Find window, or with Alt+F7.
• Find in Files scopes to the focused folder.
• Search the Run console output.

Run and deployment

• Deploy to a local or mounted folder alongside SFTP.
• Deployment choosers only offer servers that cover the selected paths.
• Services shows the console and state of debug sessions.
• Tomcat deploys the WAR of the selected Maven module.

Git

• Shelved changes open as diffs, can be compared with the working file, and export or import as patches; single files can be unshelved or deleted.

Fixes

• The terminal keeps focus after its context menu closes, and every context menu returns focus to where it was.
• Update progress stays visible in its notification, including on the welcome screen, and can be cancelled.
• The Git log filter button is translated.
