Reviewing the gen_x12 code I found that there is no code for the NTE segment in Loop 2300. Was this omitted deliberately? I suppose information here is take from the Remarks in Misc billing options.

There are various segments that were never added just because nobody has needed them yet - at least not badly enough to do it. This would be in that category. Taking them from Misc Billing Options sounds right to me.

There are various segments that were never added just because nobody has needed them yet - at least not badly enough to do it. This would be in that category. Taking them from Misc Billing Options sounds right to me.
