Cost Benchmarks grew a lot. It now covers eleven markets, adding France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Australia and Canada next to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, each with its own named public source and currency. Five more building types come with it: data center, laboratory, car park, sports and leisure, and senior care home, so more of a real portfolio maps onto a reference. Every region carries a short plain-language note on what drives its cost, and a new on-page "How these benchmarks work" section explains what the figures mean, how the percentile and quartiles read, what the DIN 276 split shows and how confidence is judged, with the full list of sources per region.
