A short follow-up that polishes the Cost Explorer and closes a compliance gap. The workspace now keeps what you were doing on each tab when you move between By resources, Find work, Compare bases and Substitute, so a quick look at another tab no longer clears your input and results. Substitute warns you when the resource you swap in is priced per a different unit than the line it replaces, since the kept quantity may not line up with that price. Projects in Mexico now resolve their contract compliance rules through a dedicated Mexico pack.
Added
- A Mexico contract-compliance pack covering APU unit-price completeness, IVA and CFDI invoicing and subcontract retention for LOPSRM public works, selected by default for a project in Mexico.
- A warning in Substitute when the replacement resource is priced per a different unit than the line being re-priced.
Fixed
- Cost Explorer keeps each tab's input and results when you switch tabs instead of resetting them.
