Two changes in this release.
Maps work in every browser. The Geo Hub globe, the project cards and the 2D maps now load their basemap through the app's own backend instead of a public tile service, so they show up even when a browser blocks third-party map CDNs.
Installing on Windows is smoother. The one-line installer puts the openconstructionerp command on PATH and prints the next steps, so a fresh install can be launched right away. If you install with plain pip, launch it with: python -m app.cli
