Fixed

Release pipeline: the Docker image tag is now lowercased before it is pushed to GHCR, so the container image publishes correctly. GHCR rejects any tag whose repository path contains uppercase letters.
Desktop builds: raised the Node heap limit for the frontend build so the macOS installer job no longer runs out of memory.
