Fixed

• Match Elements: switching project no longer keeps a stale session (could write a BOQ to the wrong project); rail jumps are blocked when a prerequisite is missing; the empty-grouping dead-end now shows guidance + a recovery path; scope edits re-sync to the session; added project/model/groups query error states and an actionable "0 confirmed" toast; detail-panel focus trap (a11y).
• Match backend: region→catalogue routing is deterministic again — the live-Qdrant availability probe is gated behind CWICR_COLLECTION_PROBE (was silently re-routing non-English regions to English and breaking 97 unit tests).
