- BOQ multi-level hierarchy: sections-in-sections and partidas-in-partidas up to 8 nesting tiers, depth-capped on every create/bulk/section/re-parent path;
GET /v1/boq/limits/exposes the cap (#136). - BOQ resource code: full duplicate handling — reuse the existing resource or create-new-with-changed-code; a master-resource edit propagates its definition to every reusing instance (quantity never propagates, user-overridden resources preserved) (#133).

- Qdrant collection-info reads are version-tolerant (
points_count→vectors_count→count()); fixes the'CollectionInfo' object has no attribute 'vectors_count'crash on /match-elements. - "Vector DB unreachable" banner is now actionable — explains the optional dependency, points to native Qdrant install, lexical-fallback note, wired Retry button.
- Takeoff measurements tab fits in one viewport at desktop sizes — no page scrollbars (real fix after [#181]/#182).
