Added
- Project setup wizard UI (Slice 2).
New Projectis now a 5-step wizard — Basics → Region & currency → Project type (9 preset cards) → Scope (activities / phases / focus mode) → Site & review — that creates the project and applies the Slice-1 profile in one flow. Preset grid has a loading skeleton + error fallback.
Fixed
- Converter install now verifies the binary, not just its presence. The
verifyingstage runs a PE-header integrity check (MZ+e_lfanew→PE\0\0); a corrupt/CRLF-mangled download is rejected immediately with an actionable message and the partial install is rolled back, instead of failing later at launch withWinError 216.
