Highlights

Dashboard map now renders — CSP was blocking MapLibre's blob: worker and the openfreemap tile + nominatim geocode endpoints. Project pins now show up on the world map with vector tiles.
No more half-empty project rows on the dashboard — visible count caps to floor((cards+1)/4)*4 - 1 so (visible + "View all" CTA) always fills the 4-column grid (5 → 3+CTA, 7 → 7+CTA, 11+ → 11+CTA).
