§10 production analytics endpoint + MatchAnalyticsCard dashboard

Added

  • New GET /api/v1/match_elements/analytics?days=7&project_id=&catalog_id= rolls up oe_match_elements_search_log (v2936) into KPI tiles, distributions, and three §10 threshold-driven alerts (low top score, picks past rank 4, hard-filter zero-hit).
  • MatchAnalyticsCard UI on /match-elements: collapsible card above Step 1, alerts pinned at top, expandable drill-down with KPI tiles + bar histograms + per-dimension breakdown tables (country / source_type / IFC class). Window selector (1d/7d/30d/90d), 60s auto-refresh.
  • MATCH_ALERT_* env knobs for tuning §10 thresholds without rebuild.

Tests

  • 18 new unit tests for compute_match_analytics + percentile helper.
  • 270+ existing match-related tests still green.
