Model review gets a much deeper set of automatic checks. Twenty new model-checking functions now run over an imported model. Per element they look for missing wall thickness and fire rating, door and window dimensions, MEP size and system, storey and name, a classification code, a host relationship for hosted elements, a type name and a phase, a minimum clear door width, and negative quantities. Across the whole model they check for duplicate marks within a category, classification and discipline coverage and a sound spatial structure. Every result is surfaced in the model review panel and folded into the property completeness score, so a modeller sees exactly what is missing and where.
Analytics that were computed but never shown now have a screen. A new progress page tracks physical completion with an actual against planned S-curve, a per period cumulative breakdown and a design against installed quantity variance table with over-run and under-run flags. Contracts gain three panels: a gain share preview that splits savings and overrun against the target cost, a security and bonds coverage summary, and a payment milestone schedule. Finance gains a retention tab that shows retainage scheduled, held, released and outstanding per currency and per counterparty, and the contract retention card now reads that real ledger instead of a single number.
The plan room opens a drawing on a single sheet that overlays the field marks recorded against it: punch pins, plan pins, markups, takeoff measurements and photos, each on its own toggle with a live per page count. You can drop and remove plan pins directly on the sheet and open any pin for its detail.
Every one of these new screens ships translated across all supported languages, with the right accounting and construction terms per locale rather than an English fallback. Correspondence can be filtered by lifecycle status, and clause references stay readable when a record is scrubbed. On the housekeeping side the open migration heads are merged back to one, the CI workflow gates again, and pyarrow 25 is allowed.
