Switching the interface language now takes effect at once. The language menu used to load the chosen locale in the background and switch before it was ready, so the interface dropped back to English until you reloaded the page. It now loads the locale first and then switches, and it re-renders the moment a language finishes loading, so the whole interface changes on the spot.

The cost base browser now labels the flagship global base as Russia and gives it the Russian flag, since it is built from the GESN, FER and TER norm structure. The worked-case pages read more cleanly too: the step rail on the left packs tighter, a finished step is marked with a green check so your progress is clear at a glance, and the in, action and out arrows on the right are larger and softer without the heavy circular badge.

Third-party cost-index product names were removed from the application. They appeared only in code comments and a few catalog, benchmark and marketplace labels, and are replaced with plain functional descriptions while the underlying identifiers stay the same, so nothing you have loaded changes.
