The Cases hub gets a hand-drawn look. Every case, professional role and company type now carries a light line-art illustration. The hub pickers became picture-left chips, each case card shows a full illustration banner with a single discipline colour and an overlapping stack of the role avatars, and the case runner puts the illustration beside a bigger title with a clearer meta row and a primary action that names the module it opens. Where an illustration has not been drawn yet the card falls back to a plain glyph, so nothing breaks and there are no broken images.
The two inbound capture webhooks, the email drop and the provider webhook, now also accept an X-API-Key header. An external system can post to them with a shared key instead of a signed-in user session. Permission based access keeps working exactly as before, the key is simply an additional way in, and the new path is covered by tests.
