This release makes the main dashboard and the estimate far clearer to read. The dashboard gains five cards that surface delivery and quality work for the active project: upcoming schedule milestones with days remaining or overdue, RFI turnaround with open and overdue counts and the average response time, submittals split into pending review, approved and overdue, inspection pass rate with open and failed counts, and punch list items open and overdue with the average time to close. Each card appears only when its module has data, so a fresh install stays clean, and each carries a short How it works note explaining what the numbers mean.

The estimate grid now explains itself. The line total shows on hover how it was reached, quantity times unit rate in your own units, with a note when a line is priced in a foreign currency or shown in a display currency. A unit rate built from resources breaks down into labour, material and plant that add up to the rate. Lines missing a quantity or a price are tinted so they are easy to spot, section headers show their share of the project total, AI suggested lines carry a confidence percentage, and catalogued or imported lines show where their price came from. Under the totals a cost per square metre strip positions the estimate against your own past projects whenever the bill carries a gross floor area.

It also fixes three takeoff issues reported by the community. Linking a measurement now converts it into the target position unit instead of copying the raw measured number and silently mis-pricing the line. US construction trade units such as cubic yards, roofing squares and board feet are available as convertible measurement targets. A per-measurement stroke width now scales with the drawing instead of staying fixed on screen.
