A follow-up that fixes a Windows startup crash and finishes several items from the 10.0.0 wave. On a machine where localhost resolves to IPv6 first, which commonly happens after a Windows 11 upgrade, the desktop app could reach "Starting the application server" and then stop with a connection refused error even though the embedded PostgreSQL had reported ready. The app now connects to the embedded database on the exact IPv4 loopback it listens on, so it starts cleanly. The left menu again lists every module whatever onboarding profile you picked, since a profile is meant to pre-select modules, not hide them. A shared video in document management now plays and seeks in the viewer instead of downloading. The methodologies catalogue grows from 10 to 37, adding sixteen more countries and ten industry packs across roads, bridges, tunnelling, earthworks, water and wastewater, power transmission, industrial plant, residential and commercial buildings and MEP. A dropped drone or point cloud file is now filterable as a reality-capture asset in the Documents hub. In PDF takeoff, a custom group colour now persists to the server and is visible to other users, renaming a group keeps its hidden or collapsed state, and the name-a-count shortcut opens the panel first when it is folded away. Case steps show their proper icons instead of a generic one, and the lock-estimate dialog reads on two lines again.
