Fixed

• Clarified runImage() documentation: an ImageModelError thrown by validate follows the normal retry and model-fallback rules, values other than ImageModelError propagate to the caller, and exhausted model failures still resolve as a failed result.

Compatibility

• No public API, runtime, or dependency changes: existing ^1.x callers upgrade with no code changes.
• Callers that read the previous JSDoc as an exhaustive list of rejection reasons ('rejects only for invalid options or when signal aborts') should rely on the updated wording; code written against the old text keeps working.
• create-oma-app takes a patch bump only to refresh its pinned core dependency in generated templates; otel is unchanged and not republished, but its post-publish smoke check validates compatibility against the new core.
