This folder contains three example workflows demonstrating the integration of OpenMS in KNIME. The individual folders contain the workflows, sample data, and some explanations.

Example 1: TMT based Quantitation of complex experimental setups
Example 2: Label-free quantitation and identification of metabolites
Example 3: Quality control for proteomics experiments

Note: All workflows were build with KNIME 2.10.1 and OpenMS 1.12.0.201408071852-trunk.
