OPCRIT and OPCRIT + are research diagnostic tools for psychiatric disorders developed by Peter McGuffin and James Rucker, respectively. The projects were uploaded to SourceForge in 2020 in order to retain access to users. However, support for this project has officially ended.

OPCRIT was published in 1994 and is restricted to major psychotic and affective diagnoses. OPCRIT will not run on versions of Windows beyond Windows XP.

OPCRIT + was published in 2009 and adds anxiety, substance misuse, personality and dementia diagnoses and redeveloped the database engine in mySQL. OPCRIT+ is verified to run on Windows 7 and should run on Windows 10, but is untested. Official support for this project has ended, although the developer of OPCRIT + can still be contacted at King's College London
