- Changes to manage Greek characters in the SOAP responses from the SCS-RF to the clients.
	. VERY IMPORTANT: In order to work with this version it is mandatory to do the following update the "runtime" MySql database:
	- Modify form "text" to "BLOB" the data type the "value" column of the "relevantdatainstance".
		This is necessary to apply UTF-8 and deal with Greek characters properly
- Several bugs have been fixed.

Please, have a look to the readme1.x.x.txt files of the previous releases to see a track of the last changes. 

Follow the installations instructions attached to the 1.6.0  version.
