SCS-RF.ear file 1.6.0

This file substitutes the SCS-RF.ear that comes with the binary v.1.6.0. 

The modification made is to comply with the WSOR Manager definition of arrays in the WSOR Ontology.
The WSOR Manager adds the properties minOccurs=1 and maxOccurs=1 to all instances of the PartModelElements,
even if they are not defined as arrays, instead of ommiting these properties. In consequence, the SCS-RF
has to change the way or asking for these properties. 

Instructionos to install this file:
- If you have configured the v1.6.0 previously, you should just replace the SCS-RF.ear from your JBoss
deployment directory. 
- If you have not, then follow the instructions of the v1.6.0 and replace the SCS-RF.ear that comes with that 
version with this new one.
