scs-utilities v1.5.1

This is a new utility to dump the content of the process model and the wsor ontologies to a text file. 

The aim of this utility is to help to the SCS-CF user to look at the work done by the Domain Expert in 
the definition of the process model (dumping the service model) or to dump the contents of a WSOR ontology
to have a look at the configuration done.

scs-utilities.zip: This zip works in the same way as the deployment component. 
- Just unzip it, and run the scs-utilities.bat file. 
- It asks for the two parameters:
	.. type of ontology (wsor or profile) 
	.. the logical URI to be read 
- It writes to the scs-utilities.txt file the content of the requested ontology
