• 🔌 MCP registry and gateway: on servers configured with an MCP registry, connect managed MCP accounts in Settings, pick their tools for local hosts or sandboxes through a server gateway with shared policy checks (#8157, #9917, #9929, @dhruv0811)
• 🎚️ Set reasoning effort for Claude SDK and Codex SDK agents from the web composer, not only for native terminal sessions (#8591, @jsonmp-k8)
• 🔐 Sandboxed agents can use approved Git repositories over SSH without receiving the SSH key, with optional push access per repository (#9462, @mxatone)
• 🧩 Edit custom agents from Settings, or update individual settings through a conditional PATCH API (#10280, #10426, @hzub)
• 👀 The Pull Requests panel now shows pending reviewers and review states, gives comments their own Comments tab with a count, and colors each conversation-comment author differently (#10010, #10048, @PattaraS, @Leemoonsoo)

Bug fixes

• 📨 Amessage sent while the host is offline or Claude Code is waiting on a prompt now sends when it can, and messages sent while a managed sandbox starts are delivered even after the browser closes (#10666, #10671, #9814, @yaoharry, @dbczumar)
• 🔁 Runner tunnels recover better: silent or stalled tunnels reconnect, requests keep being processed during recovery, and a server clock correction no longer disconnects active sessions (#9957, #9960, #10515, #10518, @yaoharry)
• 🧠 Native Codex fixes: --add-dir launches work on Codex 0.156 and later, rate limits no longer ask for codex login, resumed sessions replay parallel tool calls in order, /new sessions keep working, and model and effort changes recover from idle or still-starting terminals (#10093, #10524, #10526, #10535, #10141, @yaoharry, @fanzeyi)
• 🤖 Native Claude fixes: settings-error and folder-trust dialogs no longer close Claude Code, messages stop getting stuck when focus is left in the footer, approvals come back after a network outage, and injected <system-reminder> context no longer shows up as a user message (#10692, #10122, #10564, #10293, @yaoharry, @Edwinhe03, @Leemoonsoo)
• 📝 Large Markdown files open and edit faster in the rich-text editor, very long lines no longer crash heading detection, and hard-wrapped paragraphs now use the full viewer width (#10751, #10772, #10762, #10723, #10275, @PattaraS, @hzub)
• 🔒 Security hardening across sign-in, integrations, scheduled tasks, workspace files, and the desktop app (#8505, [#10172], [#10174], [#10039], [#10029], [#10178], [#10184]).
