The Okapi Framework is a set of components and tools for localization and translation tasks. THE NEWEST JAVA-BASED VERSION OF OKAPI IS AVAILABLE AT: http://code.google.com/p/okapi/ The version on SourceForge is kept for maintenance purpose only.
I wonder why people still download outdated versions. Here - on SourceForge - the project is dead and links that redirect to the new repository are broken. Okapi Framework lives now on bitbucket.org.
Please note, this review is aimed at Okapi Olifant (not the framework as a whole): Olifant was a great program, and it's a REAL shame the Okapi people don't develop the new one instead of all the other esoteric stuff. Everyday translators need a decent TMX editor, not more localisation engineering geekery aimed at corporates.
