Engine: senpi 2026.9.18-3
Agent-directory extensions load reliably on Windows. An extension discovered in an agent directory could fail to start with Cannot find package 'runtime', and did so on every Windows shard for three releases. The engine's loader served that import from a virtual module registration that intermittently stopped answering Bun's resolver under a loaded parallel test shard; it now resolves to a real file and keeps the virtual route only for compiled binaries, where no file exists to point at.
