Engine: senpi 2026.9.17-4
Downstream builds can bundle the engine again. ws ships two optional native accelerators, bufferutil and utf-8-validate, and both reach their bindings through node-gyp-build's computed require, which a bundler cannot follow. Any consumer that had them installed failed with Bundle left unexpected external imports: <runtime>; senpi's own CI never saw it, because neither package is installed there and ws quietly falls back to pure JS. They are now marked external. (senpi #1804)
