Safer worktree cleanup, current Senpi, and sturdier native sessions

Worktree cleanup is now a first-class command - omo worktree-sweep finds stale task worktrees, normalizes platform-specific paths, and applies the same separator rules on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Review workers keep their checkout until every lane finishes - parallel review agents no longer lose the worktree while late lanes are still reading or validating it.

OmO Native now rides Senpi 2026.8.23 - the release carries the latest session, runtime, and codemode fixes behind the beta channel.

This release also tightens OmO naming consistency and ignores both historical debug-log filename casings during Senpi cleanup.
