OR-TTsarala2 UNICODE CONVERTER is an open source ISCII to Unicode converter in Odia language. It has been designed by Manoj Kumar Sahukar (http://facebook.com/manoj.sahukar) and published by TransWikodia-TWO (http://facebook.com/TranswikOdia.TWO).

This tool is designed using Game Maker Language (GML). This is a beta release. It could be used for converting OR-TTsarala Odia font to Unicode. This is released under GFDL.
