Use Installer.exe to install the driver into Windows Registry. (Run as Admin)
Use Uninstaller.exe to install the driver into Windows Registry. (Run as Admin)
ODBC Driver: odbc-ipfs.dll Libp2p Pubsub library: PUBSUB.dll
The two above dll's must be in the same location.
Note: we are currently using the IPFS http api for pubsub messages. Therefore the machine running the driver needs to be running an IPFS node. This will be changed in the future.
