Nysiris-Core 0.1.3

Documentation and packaging release — no API or wire-format changes. This is the version that makes the crates browsable on crates.io and documented on docs.rs.

Fixed

• Crate READMEs. Every crate ships its own README through the readme manifest field, so the crates.io page and docs.rs front page show install, API surface, related crates, and security notes.
• Rustdoc coverage. #![warn(missing_docs)] is enabled in every crate and all public modules, types, traits, fields, and methods are documented. docs.rs now reports 100% — 156/156 items documented (0.1.2 was 28/156, 17.95%, because the docs landed after that tag).
• keywords and categories for discovery on crates.io.

Changed

• CI and release doc builds run with RUSTDOCFLAGS=-D warnings, so missing public docs and broken intra-doc links fail the gate instead of warning.

Crates

All five are published as 0.1.3:

• nysiris-core — identity, sealed DMs, envelopes, contacts, Transport, sealed files
• nysiris-chat-core — 1:1 engine and capability-key rooms
• nysiris-chat-history — encrypted append-only flat-file history
• nysiris-transport-nym — real nym-sdk adapter behind the nym feature
• nysiris-testkit — in-memory transport and fixtures

Upgrade notes

• Drop-in from 0.1.2; no public API, protocol, or Nym-pin changes.
• Pre-1.0 API, not independently audited — see SECURITY.md (github.com).
• Consumed by NCC and Nysiris.
