These packages are for the following platforms: Windows (32/64bit XP, 2000, 2003, 2008, Vista, 7, 8): nxlog-ce-x.x.x.msi Centos/RedHat 6: x86/64 - nxlog-ce-x.x.x-1.x86_64.rpm Debian Squeeze: x86/32 - nxlog-ce-x.x.x_i386.deb x86/64 - nxlog-ce-x.x.x_amd64.deb Ubuntu 12.04: x86/64 - nxlog-ce-x.x.x_amd64.ubuntu.deb Android: arm - nxlog-x.x.x.apk Source: nxlog-ce-x.x.x.tar.gz You can also build rpm and deb packages from the source tar.gz if the above binaries are not suitable. Untar the sources, then: Centos/RedHat: Install the BuildRequires listed in nxlog-ce-x.x.x/packaging/redhat/nxlog.spec cd nxlog-ce-x.x.x/packaging/redhat && ./make_rpm.sh Debian/Ubuntu/Mint: Install the Build-Depends listed in nxlog-ce-x.x.x/packaging/debian/control cd nxlog-ce-x.x.x/packaging/debian && ./make_debs.sh PLEASE MAKE SURE TO EDIT nxlog.conf after you install the package! After editing nxlog.conf you should be able to start the nxlog service from service manager on windows. There is an init script on linux. Check nxlog.log for configuration problems and/or run with "nxlog -f" to see errors printed on the console.
