NüHelp is a very usefull tool for creating CHM help without commercial authoring tools. It's easy to use, fast, and has great support: A problem due to national language support was fixed within a day, a feature request took two.

I just got NuHelp last week 6/2014, and when i first used NuHelp it crashed on me. So i got a hold of support and by this last Monday (6/30/2014) they had a fix for me. Thanks Randall you guys rock. This Software is easy peasy and its fast and doesn't mess up the pics like others do. This was a 500 page document that was converted in less than a minute.
