saac_2.9.0.3.tar.gz is a direct tarball of what is in the SVN directory
as of date of creation.  You really should get the absolute latest
version from SVN by using the following command:

svn co https://nuggetfarm.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/nuggetfarm nuggetfarm

This tarball is here only for convenience; svn is the better source.

Also, keep in mind that the SaaC is scheduled to be released in the
main snort tarball, fully integrated with snort.  What is in this tarball
is snort-2.9.0.3 with configure scripts and Makefiles patched to enable
the building of the SaaC.  Again, all of this will be part of the main
snort release, currently scheduled to be snort-2.9.0.5.
