Release 1.0.3 Bug-fix: corrected calculation of Zeng's E for folded spectra. Release 1.02 allow computation of test statistics with external given (i.e. not estimated) value of theta. changed output options of fs2mom to be in sync with fs3mom of package coatli. Release 1.01 ms2fs used the library "libsequence" to parse ms-output. This dependency has been removed and ms2fs uses now a simple standalone parser by default. By (un)commenting the respective lines in the Makefile, that parser can be replaced by libsequence, if need be.
