Nonsense generates random (and sometimes humorous) text from datafiles and templates using a very simple, recursive grammar. It's like having a million monkeys sitting in front of a million typewriters, without having to feed or clean up after them. From

User Reviews

  • I still think this is the best and most userfriendly CFG parser out there. It doesn't require quoting all the words like Rmutt does, and the best part is that it has CGI capabilities. I noticed that this was broken recently because the CGI.pm has been taken out of Perl core. Therefore I fixed it using other modules, and added some functionality that I missed (a repetition quantifier for categories and words).
