v251 won't build on VS2010. It's missing NHapi.base. It's got a yellow exclamation point next to it in the solution explorer, and I get a ton of errors like this:
The type or namespace name 'Base' does not exist in the namespace 'NHapi' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

I am trying to create HL7 V2.5 QBP^Q22 query message & RSP^K22 response message for IHE PDQ V2 consumer query.... But QBP_Q22 and RSP_K22 classes are not available in nhapi V2.5.. Is there any specific reason for excluding those? I would like to add them in nhapi if not available.. Could you tell me how to enhance nhapi for including those classes?

Needs a bit more documentation, but once you get into it Nhapi works well

I like nhapi very much and its awesome toolkit.
