⚠️ Breaking Changes

• Removed human-in-the-loop (HITL) features (#3988): 移除了 HITL 工具审批、approve/reject、暂停/恢复、同栈 continuation、checkpoint 重建、receipt 回放、人工等待租约及 HITL 专属调度器。
• 新的交互模型：一次 query 对应一次独立 Agent 运行。需要人工输入时结束本轮并释放资源；用户输入后开启下一轮，任务通过 conversation 历史延续。
• 主动反问：run A 输出问题后结束 → 用户回答作为 query B 启动 run B
• 用户打断：完成当前最小 loop 后结束 → 用户意见作为 query B 执行
• 保留：原有权限、guardrail、正常 verification、自动化提案确认、NL2Agent 独立业务流程。删除 HITL 工具审批不等于删除原有业务授权。
• 数据库迁移：deploy/sql/migrations/v2.6.1_001_remove_human_interaction.sql 会自动执行

• refactor: extract MODEL_ENGINE_URL_MARKER constant (SonarCloud S1192), no behavior change

Sandbox

• 🐛 Bugfix: Fixed an issue where the sandbox container user lacked the permissions to create folders and files (#3963)
